The lady in billing never sent an invoice to my home. The lady then calls me and states that I owe 130$. I tell her I did not get a bill and she states that I should have looked at my insurance statement to know what I owe. I asked her to please send me a bill. No bill and she calls back stating that she did. Now mind you as of right now I have no address etc. . She states hmmm... ****Update: I did end up receiving my refund check after calling and bothering Kay every day for weeks and also filing a claim with the BBB.****Same old story that I’ve seen here. I had my son in December 2018 and here it is January 2020 and I still don’t have my refund check. Was told it was sent out but I never received it. Now Kay the office manager isn’t accepting my calls. Talked to her weeks ago and she said it would take 2 weeks for her to call the bank to see if I actually cashed the check and am saying that I never ... read more
Absolute BEST doctors. Absolute WORST office management, scheduling, and billing department on the planet.
Horrible!!! They do not code things correctly and bill you for them. They do not answer the phone or call back. They didn't give me mammogram results for 3 months after losing my records that were sent to them 3 times. Do not go here! I don't blame the doctors this place is just horribly operated!
