Do NOT buy from here. They will rip you off by sending you trees that are only 16 inches tall and in pore shape. I contacted customer service and after sending photos, they agreed to send more trees. After a month and half, still no trees and they will not email back. This place is a joke. I wish I read reviews before buying from these scammers.
I would give them NEGATIVE STARS if I could. Last year I ordered an End of Season Special. It was A LOT of PATRIOT HOSTA. When I got the package there was some kind of ugly GENERIC HOSTA... I got in touch with them immediately and instead of sending me the PATRIOT HOSTAS they gave me a store credit. I told them I wanted a FULL REFUND. I BEGGED for one... They wouldn't give it to me. I wish I had read all the reviews before placing my order. I agree the customer service is horrible. They do not communicate until you email them first concerning the order. They advertise fast shipping (this is a joke) so please don't for fall for that. I asked for my complete order to be canceled and refunded, instead they supposedly have shipped a partial order, have not seen a refund yet for the difference. Bad customer service I received two plants one died one lived I didn’t order they can’t tell me what it is? Customer service gives me run around says not their problem can’t talk to anyone in other department I will try to post photo maybe some one know what it is… Worse how come they sent to me
