We called and spoke to Zak about our microwave/convection oven. He was the only person in the area that was willing to go through our warranty and come to us. If we are in the area and need more work done w will definitely call Zak first.
The mechanic is awesome top-notch knows exactly what he's doing, has the experience. Only reason it's not a five star had a little price discrepancy went in talk to Zach we worked it out very easily.
They gave me the generator disassembled, they couldn't fix it and they still charged me $700, and they wanted another $150 to put it back together and put it back?
I reached out to the office, they were so nice the girls up front very welcoming so was Lex and they took my toy hauler in right away! Ac was broken n it’s sooo hot- Fixed it just in time for my trip!! All their staff is so friendly! I got to meet the owner Zack and he was so kind thank yall at Tennessee Valley RV, will definitely recommend to all my friends n family!!
