The nurses and pediatricians are so nice and very helpful! I was a little skeptical at first because of the room quality, but everything is pretty well-kept, and the people are so very nice. The pediatricians are very understanding, and you can really sense their love for babies and kids! ☺️ The same goes for the nurses! Absolutely love the Russellville location it’s so convenient! Any time I needed to get one of the kids in there’s never an issue! Staff is always kind and helpful!
Tried to get an appointment since yesterday and their automated phone system says they’re open til 5; nobody answers at 4:30. Their website says this location is open Monday thru Friday but they don’t tell you upfront that they only will see sick babies here or that you have to schedule days or weeks advance just to get an appointment at this facility . Very disappointed that I have to deal with this since we live very far from Tuscumbia and my son is on oxygen support so it isn’t easy taking him anywhere.
