My electric bill was always reasonable until 2 yrs ago & it has tripled since then with no explanation or even any kind of warning from TVEC. Supposedly we own those company ourselves being a coop, at least that's what I thought it meant, but it seems like now that someone other than me is profiting from my bill. I get nothing but attitude from some of the women that work the front desk and answer the phones. They need to Improve their Customer Service Skills and Treat Customers With RESPECT and Dignity. We Pay The High Bills Every Month,We Deserve To Be Treated With Respect.
