Nice staff, but unfortunately a serious issue with the service. After picking up my vehicle from a tire rotation, I noticed it shaking violently within less than a mile. When I checked, I found that one lug bolt was completely missing and the remaining lug nuts were not properly tightened. To be clear, the lug bolt was not broken—it was missing entirely.
