This is just the start of myself and family doing everything we can do (legally) to spread the word of this former company. What a shame. Tennessee Valley Builders has filed bankruptcy, Chapter 13 as of Jan 2020. The website says if you can dream it, they can build it. Per my phone conversation, they only build $300,000 homes or above. Their website should read, “ if you can dream it, we will build it....as long as your budget is high!”
We moved here from Hamilton Ohio in 2016 to be close to our grand kids. After building two homes there and being burned by both builders, it angers us to see others go through similar situations.We drove through the Sweet Grass Plantation development, this past weekend and noticed a number of lots for sale by this builder.
