I talked to Phillip and let him know that I needed to purchase a reliable car for a friend who was without any way to get around. He happen to have a Honda Civic he had just purchased at auction, that had minor damage with the hood and grille, but was fine otherwise. He was able to fix all of the cosmetic issues, verify that it didn't have any mechanical problems, and sold it to me for a very reasonable price.
