I would like to thank Rachel Vann, who is a provider at TN Urology. She was excellent in her knowledge of my treatment. She was also very thorough and explained things well. I did not have an appointment on that day, and I was having a lot of pain with a UTI. The staff was able to work me into the schedule that same day. Thank you!
I had a wonderful exoerience at Tennessee Urology...from check in to checkout. Fast and efficient.. Rachel Vann FNP was wonderful..Thorough precise And put me at ease immediately. Sending me for testing asap.. Did not feel as though I was taking too much time as in many places... A great experience..
