Long story short. Any man who would email another mans wife and tell her what he did today is not a professional. I would go anywhere else before doing business here. 1.5 years and still waiting on monte. Thanks for nothing. Going to quicken loans or some other box mortgage company instead. And further more if you had something to say to me you could have done so while we spoke on the phone. Not cool monte.
Just refinanced with TN Trust, I obtained my original mortgage through them 2 years ago. Monty and staff are without a doubt the most professional people I have ever met in the mortgage business. Monty gives you the figures at or shortly after application and there are no surprises unlike other mortgage companys I have dealt with in the past. I would not hesitate to recommend TN Trust to friends and relatives. The process has been smooth and as promised.
