This is a great example of a company that does NOT value their customers. Every time I have been in there and asked for help from an employee, I'm told "That's not my job. You need to talk to so-and-so." Then the employee stands around doing nothing while I'm waiting for "so-and-so" to come help me. Their service department is horrible. Their website says they have service technicians "standing by" to do repairs -- NOT!!
