We will never use this company again for our title service! they could not provide a correct settlement 3 times. They do not own up to their mistakes and are very difficult to get in contact with, they do not answer the phone. I hope this is not the vision of service that Josh Terry , Chris Mule , and Ryan white have for their company. We will be requesting a refund.
Absolutely the WORST title company in TN. RUDE STAFF and outrageous fees. I would warn any realtor or consumer to stay away from this company.
