Correction to last post. I do not recommend anyone to use Tennessee Tire and Auto based on my experience yesterday. I took my truck in yesterday and after the ordered part was installed it did not fix the problem. I asked them to work with me and they were not willing. Had to pay full price quoted.

I ask them to work with me on the cost since problem was not fixed but they were unwilling. I had to pay full quoted price.
Terrible service at Tennesse Tire located off S Water Ave. – July 16th, 2012 The terrible customer service continues. Over the weekend, I suffered tire damage. My husband called TN tire to find out about what was covered for Road Hazard. He spoke with the employee, Joe. Once Joe found out who my husband was, the only thing he would talk to my husband about was the bad review we had placed online and how we had not commented how the issue was resolved. I had many problems with my vehicle and the mechanic at Tennessee Tire with the help of the efficiency of the owner was able to completely fix my vehicle in a timely manner and at a great cost. I was very satisfied with the outcome of the overall service I received at this location and would be happy to return many times in the future. I would also recommend them to my friends and family.
GREAT serivce at a VERY fair price. I have been using Tennessee Tire & Auto Clinic for years and they are absolutely the BEST! My family will not go to anyone else for our automotive needs.
