My wife and I purchased an acrylic shower installation in June, 2023. The cost was $13,559. It was installed in October, 2023 and within two weeks one of the panels (opposite the glass door) came loose. The adhesive apparently failed and the shower wall has a significant bulge covering about 1/2 of the entire shower wall. I called and requested it be repaired. The Kohler bath tub is too large and too deep. I have a 50 gallon, Heavy duty Whirlpool hot water heater, and was told that this was sufficient. Well it isn't. My invalid mother and invalid husband cant use it. I paid over $18,915 to have a "life changing tub" installed and they can"t use. I don't have the money to install a 100 gallon hot water heater that would be needed to use this tub. I have tried to reach the installers and the company and no one returns my calls.
