We had an amazing time with Chris as we had our 5 Sisters weekend and stopped to have a tasting!!
We stopped in on our walking down through the tourist area of Gatlinburg & little "Ever" from Honduras was our tasting advisor, he was adorable & talked us right into buying 17 bottles, there are some flavors that are truly worth the splurge!
Foster was awesome!! We will coming back to do a tour and purchase more items from him!
My family and I were very disappointed with the service we received from the bartender who was working the night shift and has a beard. He was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming throughout our visit. We expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, but instead felt like we were an inconvenience. His attitude made what should have been an enjoyable outing an unpleasant experience for my family. I hope management addresses this issue so that future customers receive the friendly and professional service they deserve.
Service is not up to par with the other locations in Gatlinburg. Not accommodating at all, unfriendly with poor customet service. Go anywhere else but here.
