It's amazing this place is still open, it just seems so chaotic, like a zoo of wild animals. And why did they hire that old Dr. David Crawford. One time I saw him he never even looked at me during the entire session, he just wrote in his little book, or maybe he was just drawing pictures. He did not even seem to know I was there. This place is a Snake Pit of misery & hell. I was greatly abused while staying in this day trap. Unit F. If you want your loved one abused and broken go on send em here. As I was being held down bruised injured abused on tape at this state run hell hole I knew exactly what they were doing. They didn't fix a person I pulled myself out of it. I just got out tonight. Thank god my stay was only 3 days. This place is horrible. I suffer from ptsd and depression.i have lived with it for 20 years. I had a really bad relapse in my mental health over the holidays and finally sought help out of despiration. Bad move on my part. If this is the care tn gives its citizens and especially its veterans i understand why people chose suicide. The only thing good i got out this place was angry. there are no words for this place, it's utterly terrifying. You are under the control of the Nigerians in charge. It's horrible and they treat you like an animal. I wanted to call the advocate and was not allowed to, which is against the law. The food is worse than prison food and cold at that. Go to the Parthenon Pavilion, Skyline Madison or Vanderbilt.

let me just say this this about this place and every one in America they are corrupt violent they don't let you eat snacks or let you get a job or get outside in the sun they don't let you talk on the phone its very sad from what ive seen on other reviews. drugs and medicine are very bad for you and should not be forced at all they ruin youre health and make you depressed people we have got to stop this terrible stuff that really goes on behind these walls to good people who might have a learning problem or are sadly mentaly... read more

my husband was in this trash hole for three days and had to eat cold food and drink nothing but water, when i went to see him the smell was awful all you smelled is urine the tables that the patients eat on are sticky and dirty the employees talk so bad to the patients that it makes me sick to my stomach. i also seen a lady fall in the hallway and no one went over to help her up, but when another patient went over to check on her she was told to move this lady laid on the ground for sometime, one of the employees came into t... read more
