Very nice people
I broke my ankle on Sunday night and for the office to see me, I would have had to went to the ER and picked up my X-ray before they made me an appointment. The office also told me that they had to receive a referral packet even though I had all the information on the referral. Highly unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this practice.
This office is great! Always in and out with no problems longest I've waited in my room is maybe a 20 min wait if that in my room. But the doctor has came and seen me and I was waiting for further treatment! Love this place and I highly recommend it!
Called in due to extreme hip flexor pain, scheduled for the next day to meet Stephanie in Smyrna. Their office even called to confirm the appointment. I show up on time as instructed at the location given and they have no record of me or my appointment and their staff is in Mt Juliet for the day. All I got was a sorry. Wasted my only day off, while in extreme pain trying to get this injury figured out, due to the lack of professionalism and incompetent employees of this business.
