Great clinic and people. Everyone there does a great service to their patients!
Doctor half listened (had to repeat SEVERAL things when id stated them clearly the first time. He showed me plainly he was not listening intently at all. He barely even looked in my direction) and at the very minimum started a plan, however he was dismissive and doubted me and my medical history, despite my diagnoses being confirmed by 3 other doctors and having been documented long term. Friendly and efficient
Doctor listened and worked with me to start a plan on figuring things out. Front desk nurses were nice and attentive. However, one nurse was loud and rude, cut me off multiple times and belittled my past medical history. Did not appreciate the treatment from this nurse and question coming back at all vs going to a different cardiologist in Jackson or Nashville simply because of her (she has long silver and black hair). Straighten up your patient care and have respect.
Had a positive experience today, Susan listened to everything and made the visit less stressful.
