My new ophthalmologist had promptly referred me to the TN Retina clinic for treatment of Macular Degeneration. I was awaiting my first appt. when I awoke one morning to find my retina was hemorrhaging - an emergency that could destroy my vision. Dr. Sonkin is the first doctor to capture my heart. In the consultation visit he was very polite, honest, caring, and understanding. He listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions, and gave his diagnosis and treatment plan, as well as explained all options to improving my vision health. Dr. Sonkin’s main concern is repairing your eye sight and overall health.
