Dr. Thomas and staff at TN Retina were amazing! My experience from the moment of arrival until I checked out was wonderful in every aspect. I completed my initial check-in online prior to my appointment time so I only had to present my ID and insurance card at the front desk. Still no filling out loads of paperwork before hand and the front desk associate Danica was an awesome delight. Triage was quick and easy and I did not feel rushed through the entire process.
