I just called them and they were really helpful. They were nice They help you on a scary situation and I highly respect the job
Very good for a first experience. I felt embarrassed to have to call at 32 years old for accidentally doubling up on antihistamines, but the representative very kindly assured me that they get calls for these sort of things at all ages because accidents happen and was knowledgeable and patient through the entire experience. I was a little worried at first but her staying calm helped keep me calm. Steven, employee #554740 refused to speak with me and hung up the phone. I called back and asked if it’s even legal for him to deny me assistance and he said it’s fine for him to decline to speak with me. I asked for a manager and he hung up again. Then when I called back, he answered the phone and then hung it up immediately, several times.
