Dr Rose made the visit very easy for me. I had to switch doctors when mine retired.He was informative and quickly drew up a plan of action to address my problem. The whole staff was warm and welcoming.
I was very pleased with my treatment and they were very professional.
I had my appointment with Dr Kayla Bradburn and I must say her bedside manner is top notch. The whole experience at TOA was easy and stress free. Dr Bradburn went over every detail of my X-rays and her initial assessment of my issues. I felt extremely comfortable with the entire experience there. I truly appreciate everyone involved with TOA.
I would give Dr. Staelin a 10/10. He was excellent and knowledgeable on hand injuries. Moving forward, my family will only go to TOA for any injury. Having multiple specialists under one facility ensures smooth and proper care for injuries. The 3-star rating reflects our experience with the visit setup process. We experienced an hour-long wait due to issues verifying our insurance. The insurance information was given the day prior to our visit. Several of these delays could have been avoided with better organization.
