Appt was on time, professional and he explained what was happening and treatment possibility. I would go to him if necessary again.
I saw Laura Osborne for a follow up on my back. She was very nice and through. I did not feel rushed. She went over my chart and wanted to know if I had any additional questions. It was a great experience.
I found the nursing and doctor staff to be professional and caring. Unfortunately the office staff refused to call my insurance to confirm my coverage. They only do it through the mail. I don't require a pre-cert for anything, the insurance company requested he call to confirm but he refuses to call. I'm left in pain. Looking elsewhere now.
