I always have a great experience once I get to TOA. Front desk staff is great. Kristine Germann is fantastic: warm, professional and efficient. My only complaint about TOA is their voicemail system. I have sat on Hold for 15-20 minutes on several occasions.
Dr McGehee is an awesome doctor. He listens to and answers all of your concerns. Seems to be a genuinely caring doctor. Would recommend if you need shoulder repair. The whole staff at TOA have been amazing.
Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and painless. Can’t ask for better than that!
