Went to TOA. Line forms for different drs..oh ok..I see that now 70 years old limped over to the right area. This dr is number 3 or 4 desk ok..its dark over here at that time I see 1 desk empty, the other female worker slid down behind computer. Um..excuse me is this where I register for dr. So so.. the employees says I dont know you tell me...what heck..then further says your late the dr left . Huh, I check my phone..did toa try to call me. , ? I was traveling and fell and hurt my knee. I was able to get in at about 4 PM on a Sunday with no wait. I didn’t want to go to the emergency room and be around everyone that was sick and I knew I just needed an x-ray and someone that knew what they were doing when it came to a knee. Overall experience was fantastic and the doctor was great too.

TOA stands out by providing patient care both pre-surgery and post surgery to ensure the best outcomes. They have a registered dietitian on staff Rachel Mullins, who is amazing! She contacted me to see how she could aid in my healing process since nutrition is such a big component. Dr. Crook was great! Checked on my progress/comfort levels every morning while I was in hospital. Couldn't recommend a better orthopedic Dr!
