I am surprised how poorly my daughter was treated due to how exceptional my mom was treated when she was in the hospital next door. My daughter had to continue her therapy in Mt Juliet due to the therapist in Smyrna not showing interest, sympathy, and lack of people skills towards her injury. It also lacked room for family members that are assisting patients and were not addressed upon entering the office. My experience under the care of Dr. Miller has been very pleasant ☺️ He's very attentive and caring taking time to listen to all of my Healthcare concerns. I had to receive bilateral injections to my back yesterday which went smoothly from beginning to end. As he guided me with a soothing and calm voice throughout the process. Dr. Miller assisted me afterwards ensuring I was ok to get up and be discharged from the clinic. I look forward to any future care that I may need.
