I was referred to Dr. Ruth Lamar by Dr. P. Dandamudi. Dr. Lamar prescribed me a shot. Blue Cross Blue Shield gave her some issues about the medicine, I believe becsuse it cost around $900 for full dosage. I was really weak , Dr Lamar fought for me, she decided to give me a full dosage anyway. BCBS would only agree to pay for a low dosage 1 time a month.
