Dr abbas is great so far so good few glitches in computer stuff but got it worked out pretty good for a new building staff is really good so far so good
They're still getting rough edges worked out. Wait times have been long, even early morning appts. Lobby is relaxed, like a coffee shop/hotel lobby without coffee. Something like Proverbial Cup at St Thomas Midtown, would be a plus. Signage/wayfinding is terrible- Stairwells that say UP as well as No Entrance, and not usable.
While this is a beautiful office, the aesthetics clearly do not reflect the quality of patient care or safety. My experience with Tennessee Oncology revealed gross staff negligence and the falsification of medical records. My visit started smoothly; the front desk sent me to intake, and intake sent me to labs. After my blood draw, I was not given any further instructions, so I left. It may be that the practice has moved but the service at this new location was bad. I waited over 2 hours to see the oncologist who I have never waited over 45 minutes. The staff doesn’t let you know you have to have labs before you register. Maybe the practice manager will read this because you all are not efficient like you used to be.I am not sure if you even care. I hope it improves
