Dr Baker explained my plan of diagnosis well and was very personable.
So far my experience at this Lebanon location has been amazing. The entire staff is attentive, friendly, helpful and doesn't treat you like a number in a long line of numbers. Having cancer is difficult enough but these guys make it more tolerable with their attention to detail and care. I would recommend this office to anyone going through treatment.
Friendly, open, knowledgeable, and caring staff - every single one I encountered. Dr Mayo is great. He really listened, patiently answered questions (I had a lot), and confidently guided me through my treatment. Front desk staff are welcoming. Techs are amazing. Thank you.
We are so glad Dr. Zachary Mayo was recommended. He was very easy to talk to, explained everything in detail, gave us time to ask questions and did not make you feel rushed. He checked in on my husband after his first treatment and his last to be sure he tolerated the treatments ok. (He did the SBRT Radiation so it is a 5 visit treatment plan) His nurse, the radiation techs and the whole the staff was great. The office is conveniently located and very clean.
