I don’t think I’ve ever been so stunned by the care (or lack of care).. I received at a doctor’s visit. I had previously seen NP Jennifer, who was attentive, compassionate, and took the time to speak with me. Both interactions left me feeling heard and cared for. Desk receptionist over a period of a year unprofessional. Ignoring or minimally speaking to those who come in. Talking about whatever to each other vs the patient. No to little greeting or patient interaction. Other staff seems to be good.

So far my experience at this Lebanon location has been amazing. The entire staff is attentive, friendly, helpful and doesn't treat you like a number in a long line of numbers. Having cancer is difficult enough but these guys make it more tolerable with their attention to detail and care. I would recommend this office to anyone going through treatment.

Friendly, open, knowledgeable, and caring staff - every single one I encountered. Dr Mayo is great. He really listened, patiently answered questions (I had a lot), and confidently guided me through my treatment. Front desk staff are welcoming. Techs are amazing. Thank you.
