I did a cash out and refine of my home. The Bank Of America payment was sent to a residential address in Mt. Juliet, so additional late fees have been added at my expense. The payment to my credit union to pay off my truck has not been received or processed 1 month later as well. * update, the check for Redstone credit union was sent to Discover who sent it to me.
Katrina and the team are incredible to work with, very detail oriented and very experienced, thank you
