We purchased a Deer Valley home and completed construction in May of 2024. We also just had our 1 year warranty inspection/repairs completed. Overall the process was very good. Vern worked within our budget to build the home we wanted at a price we could afford. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Vernon Miller and his son, Alen, since the middle of summer. Having fallen in love with Deer Valley's model "The Lodge," I knew I made the right choice to choose Tennessee Modular to take care of all things necessary from beginning to end.
