Came in on a Saturday via appt and had a great experience. They were both professional and accommodating with my schedule. Working on a future 2nd home and will be back here when ready to purchase.
My husband and I purchased a home from Vernon and Alen in 2024 and it couldn't have been a better easier experience. We had looked at Clayton and were not impressed with the homes or the prices or the salesperson. They don't give you direct answers about anything. We also looked at Yurezz Homes and they changed the price of the house we're looked at to a higher price each time we looked at it. We tried to do business with Tennessee Modular to build our home. We traveled from out of state to meet with Vernon on two occasions. Both times he was late. We also spent many hours planning what we wanted and sent him the plans. He kept saying he was waiting for Deer Valley. It has now been five weeks since our last trip and we have not toward one word from him. We purchased a Deer Valley home and completed construction in May of 2024. We also just had our 1 year warranty inspection/repairs completed. Overall the process was very good. Vern worked within our budget to build the home we wanted at a price we could afford. There are some things that we did ourselves in terms of land prep, etc. The buying process was very simple, and delivery to the builder was complete within 30 days of the purchase order being submitted.
