This is a NO star appraisal service. I paid $700 plus a $300 reinspection for a professional residential appraisal and did not receive a professional evaluation. After completing a full, permitted, near-gut renovation with all major systems replaced, the appraiser initially misclassified my property’s condition. This is probably my second Google review in the past 15 years — and I’m leaving it because I am completely UNSATISFIED. They appraised a 2,489 sq ft home as 3,252 sq ft — that’s 763 sq ft higher than the MLS! They also claimed there were no updates in the past 15 years, even though the bonus room was finished just last year.
