Well, im not trying to be mean here, but! I had to get a second opion because this company appraised my house very very low!! My realtor brother said that it looks like you compared my 4 bedroom 2 bath house that was remodeled with a brand new 30,000 roof and added rooms! With some old ugly 2 bedroom 1 bath!! It looks like you guys just went with the whatever houses had the closest square ft. And the age of the house. I can't believe you compared our house with these other small houses!!
