This is probably my second Google review in the past 15 years — and I’m leaving it because I am completely UNSATISFIED. They appraised a 2,489 sq ft home as 3,252 sq ft — that’s 763 sq ft higher than the MLS! They also claimed there were no updates in the past 15 years, even though the bonus room was finished just last year. I reached out multiple times (emailed) for clarification, but they refused to explain. It was very easy to get a date for the appraisal. When the representative came, he was very professional and nice. The quote was sent to me three days after the appraisal. They are very quick, accurate, and easy to work with.
