I would not recommend Tennessee Heart & Vascular Institute. As a new patient I was referred by my Primary Care physician to see Dr. Paul Kudelko. On my initial appointment I was sent to the wrong location. Dr. Kudelko was in Gallatin that day and I was sent to Hendersonville. I understand mistakes are made, so I elected to re-schedule for another day. On my second attempt I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time and finally walked out without seeing the doctor.
