The one-year coupon was about to expire because scheduling had been so difficult with this establishment. The scheduler was brusk and downright rude on several occasions. I finally got in and was NOT impressed with the aesthetics of the building (dumpy) or the office (really dumpy). There is no planet in the universe where this could be called a "spa."
