Very thankful I went with CNY fertility after dealing with Tennessee Fertility institute. There is no warmth in the way they treat their patients and I felt like I was just a number. Immediately after my introduction with the specialist, billing calls you and asks you for the full payment. That was a hard NO.

Nurses 10/10 Doctor a 1 Was walked over to set up next appointment and the lady wasn't there. I was told she contact me for scheduling. She never called. I called in after some time and left a message to schedule and they never called back again. Never went back after I had a call with the doctor. We were told that we were both very healthy and our numbers were much higher than where they needed to be and higher thensaid the recommendation was IVF with 0 explanation. Could not answer my questions and was extremely negative. ... read more
