We had a very disappointing experience with this cabin host. Our family of 11, along with our dog, was asked to leave the property and threatened to have police called unexpectedly due to what we believe was a simple misunderstanding regarding a plumber visit. There was a miscommunication about whether we needed to be present at the cabin when the plumber arrived. Beautiful home secluded enough for privacy but super close to the heart of pigeon forge. Easy paved roads with loads of parking. Inside and outside of home is spacious for large gatherings. Our children range from 1 to 15 years old and there was something for everyone. Large gameroom made for amazing family fun. Virginia (homeowner) is prompt and very responsive. She handles things near immediately and gave us great local recommendations. 10/10 recommend!
