Had 2 mowers of mine for repair, 1 riding & 1-push for almost a year (sine May '23). At the end of Nov.'23, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the riding mower. Each time I called they were waiting for parts. I asked them to just forget the riding mower & focus on the push mower. I hadn't heard from them as of today (March 18, '23) I decided to just go get them & try elsewhere. The push mower was able to crank, the riding mower was pushed onto my trailer.
