Sent my riding more in for repairs with some parts that I had from what I had a friend look at and thought what was wrong and they weren’t able to get to it and they thought they could so I told them that was going on my belt, kelp shredding and I was half and replaced every one to two mowings for the last year I got it back cut it the second time towards the end of the cut the belt. Had 2 mowers of mine for repair, 1 riding & 1-push for almost a year (sine May '23). At the end of Nov.'23, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with the riding mower. Each time I called they were waiting for parts. I asked them to just forget the riding mower & focus on the push mower. I hadn't heard from them as of today (March 18, '23) I decided to just go get them & try elsewhere. The push mower was able to crank, the riding mower was pushed onto my trailer. Had my blades sharpened, they are super sharp and it was better than having to buy new ones.
Raymond kept my mower 4 months. when I called all I got was excuses ...never fixed mower
