All of the staff were professional. They made anxiety durable.
First off there is a lady in the front office who is super, super amazing . She’s always smiling and making people laugh. My experience was amazing . Everyone was super nice. My dr was awesome and explained everything they would be doing . I had a great experience .
I was scheduled for an endoscopy in the summer, however, after a relocation to east TN, I sought a local gastroenterologist for consult and procedure. Short summary, I landed at Dr. Jenny Smith's office and I could not be more pleased with her and her team from A to Z, reception to procedure release. Two visits and this entire group feels like family.
