I was very pleased with the entire procedure. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The procedure went well. I definitely recommend them.
Dr. Jenny Smith is wonderful. She is concerning with each patient. Her staff is very nice. They are very professional, but are concerned for you to be comfortable with all that’s going on. They take their time with you. Dr. Smith’s mannerisms are what you want in a doctor. She explains everything to you and talks to you like a friend. I would recommend for anyone to choose her as a doctor.

Very friendly and professional staff who listen well to patient questions and concerns. Both of my procedures are the kind that cause anxiety, i.e. are they going to find a problem? Those concerns, added to how you feel after two days of pre-procedure prep, really leave you a bit physically and mentally drained. The staff seems well-trained to really support you through the process and soften those issues. My doctor is very good, and that's why I go back to him whenever I have to repeat these procedures.
