Third time coming here for something and the staff is more worried about talking with each other than handling customers. 5 government employees in the office only 1 was helping someone with a room full of waiting people. Staff were in a circle talking about stuff not related to work. Extremely unprofessional. Will be filing a complaint with supervisors

Scheduling an appointment is worthless when others without appointment and came in after still go before.
They don’t answer the phone
Phone Calls are never picked up,sure would of saved me a trip to get information! Answer phone please people!!!
