I moved to another state, and I can’t get my nursing license in my new state because I can’t get TN Department of Health to recognize my new state of residence. I contacted them to notify them that I moved, and no longer work as an RN in TN, per the instructions laid out in the TN Department of Health Board of Nursing website, and filled out the proper forms.
