They don’t pick up the phone ever. I even left 3 messages in the span of 2 weeks, & was never called back. I ended up driving over 40 minutes to visit in person for basic information/questions that could’ve easily been answered over the phone.
Do not waste your time on the electrical program night or day the istructors do not care to teach you. They do not even show you how to use a multimeter. Its a joke at best.
No class taught, just self study every day. At least tuition is mostly covered by fafsa. Their goal is to bring graduates into the workforce, however student work studies and internships are rarely, if never, provided. Student job opportunities page on their website has been blank for years.
I was going to night classes and my instructor Erica baker called me a degenerate and a failure to my family and anyone who was counting on me I reported it a month ago and nothing has been done
