I have no idea who “Austin” is, and frankly, whoever that is has nothing to do with my complaint. Referring to someone named Austin in your responses is irrelevant and unprofessional. My issue is with one of your workers, Nathan, who responded to an ad I posted on Craigslist claiming he could fix my car. Nathan came to my home and acted as if he was in a rush from the moment he arrived. He did not fix the problem. He made it worse. Worst body shop ive ever visited. Never again. Because of some kid that works there.
Some of the worst body work ive ever had done. Some boy named Nathan worked on my front bumper. He not only didnt fix the bumper, but he somehow managed to put a hole in my radiator. I marked the piece I wanted worked on. It didnt get worked on. Its crazy to charge me extra to work on a holiday, then do the wrong thing!
One of the best fab shops I’ve ever dealt with in the US! Great prices, great guys and not to mention great work!
