All started good. I was referred here over a year ago by my primary care Dr. since then its went south. I have only seen me referral Dr once in over a year. Since then ive had seen a PO. Now they are confusing my appointments, over scheduling, and scheduling appointments without m knowledge and I find out about them through their automated call system. Im not sure whats going on unless its an insurance milk
Great place
The staff and the doctors care about the patients. They tell you everything you need to know about your Diagnosis and treatment. They will help you with whatever you need. They make appointments for you and make sure they remind you of them. They work around any schedule and are pleasant to talk to. They will listen to your concerns. They are one of the best group of people to help you go through this type of illness I would recommend them to anyone with an illness they specialize in. You will be in Good Hands!
Refused to see me because I have an insurance they don’t accept even though it was an emergency and I was willing to pay in cash. Receptionist even hung up on me.
I love my cancer team. They always treat me like a person not just a patient
