Had a great experience with Tennessee Auto Outlet LLC. Their prices are better than average, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. They don't try to pressure you into buying anything like other dealers do. They work with lenders if you need financing. I found a car that fit my family's needs, and I was done with the paperwork in less than 20 minutes after test driving the car. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
I had a blown tire today and got stuck near their shop. One of the guys came out and took the time to help me get back on the road. He didn’t have to - there was nothing in it for him - but he still showed up with kindness and a willingness to help. That kind of character says a lot about the people behind this business. Grateful!
Leeann has been amazingly patient and helpful with getting me in to a car within my budget and helped me for a week finally get into a vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend this business and ask for her!!!
