If you can, try avoid these customers in cities. Every time I come to a city customer, there's always problems. Guy told driver he'll be here all day. Been here 8 hours and still haven't unloaded. Bunch of trucks on the sides of the road. They no longer honor ELD many of these customers and they don't care. If you don't get detention, you screwed. Because you'll be here for a very long time.

Nice people, Jeff and the guys are very professional. Clean and organized place to load and unload. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

Buen lugar para cargar 30 minutos hay que llegar caminar hacia la báscula la persona te dirá que hagas tu checking y que vuelvas con tu vehículo ala báscula y de dará indicaciones precisas hay lugar para pernoctar en la noche en la avenida

Personal amable, usan el traductor para darte instrucciones en español. La carga es rápida, Llegas e ingresas directo a la báscula, apagas camión y te reportas en la calceta a lado de la báscula, de ahí te dan instrucciones. Me tocó cargar en la rampa 1 hay dos cajones para cargar, ya cargado, sales a la calle y te regresas a pesar, te dan documentos y listo, Entrada puerta 3, salida puerta 1

Parking on left side of road. I slept here the night before a 0700 appt. A really nice older man went truck to truck checking people in at about 0630. Received call to get on scale at 0800. Lots of space. Can sweep out at dock. Pull back around to scale. Out at 0900.
