My friend and I are from Michigan and, unfortunately, we were in an accident here in Tifton. Their tow truck driver Jeremy was right on the scene and got the car hooked up quickly. Upon arrival to the shop, Jason and every one of the other employees have been nothing but amazing. I was rear-ended June 5th last year at 50 mph. Tenneson didn't care about me or my car. Tenneson told me my car was ready 5 times. Then after 2 months Tenneson told me to go somewhere else. I left with a trunk full of glass, glass under every seat and falling from somewhere, a striker that wasn't right, a hatchback that wouldn't stay fully shut...and more. I was rear-ended June 5th last year at 50 mph. Horrible experience! They told me 4 times my car was ready and it wasn't. I was in 5 rental cars as a result. I was verbally abused, given the run around, no quality control, all the while having to drive mutiple 55 mile round trips to their shop. This while I was seriously injured, seeing Surgeons, Physical Therapy and more. This is the short..very short version.
