I've attempted to contact this company on numerous occasions and all I've gotten is silence, purchased shocks for my truck and after only 6 months they've begun to leak absolutely unacceptable with the price I paid. Avoid at all costs!!!! Will be reviewing on as many websites as I can to advise people not to buy!!!!

Tenneco Inc, parent company of Rancho suspension (which sub company doesn’t have a business on BBB) doesn’t support the shocks they sell. Bought ranchos most expensive shocks (with a lifetime warranty) and they will not honor their 1 year old faulty shocks. I called them several time just to get hung up on and given the run around. After speaking with a manager they said the shock has been discontinued and thus the warranty is now null even though the shock is relatively new.
