sketchy AF. double-charged my card july 2015 and then no call/no show at Memphis airport April 29th 2016 ignored phone calls/emails/voice mails for 5 days then told me may 3rd they'll refund my $120 then emailed me saying they're mailing me a check may 12th. check never arrived. certified letters x 3 returned to sender.
