If you complain or voice concerns about the services they offer, they will immediately cancel heir contract with you. We used them for about two seasons. The first season, when weedeating, they chipped wood on our cedar deck, but otherwise everything was OK. The second season raised prices from $43 to $55. Came the day after torrential rain and put severe ruts in yard. Called to voice concerns. Offered to come out but would be a week or so before could come out per Kevin. I was scheduled with Angie Allen on March 25. She came out to the property, was very kind, and took the time to listen to what I was looking to accomplish with my landscaping project. At the time of our meeting, I was told I could expect an estimate in approximately two weeks. After not receiving anything, I followed up with Angie and also contacted the office on April 28, nearly four weeks after the initial visit. We began using Tennant in the Spring of 2025. At first our weekly charge for lawn mowing was $43, but in Spring 2026 it jumped to $55. We used them for mulching our beds and they were $895, with little mulch. Very thin layer so that by June you couldn't tell beds were even mulched. Spoke to Kevin who delivered nothing but lip service. Then the yard service came to trim bushes. Bushes look great but they cut through a cord in my fountain. Never told me . Some of our neighbors are customers of Tennant and they seem to do a really nice job in taking care of their lawns. Their lawns look great! The only challenge we have is Tennant does not necessarily park their truck and unload their lawn equipment in front of their customers home. We didn’t understand this especially when the public street space is open in front of their customer’s home.
