Good morning, I was happy with my IMOP-XL until August 20th 2021. I was on the phone an hour to find out which parts I need to fix it my self ! unfortunately, they send me a kit without that part, so they send another kit, same problem ! During that time Bob, was in vacation and Nothing happened !! So I asked them to send me a technician to fixed that machine and will send back that 2 kits so they will refund me !
