Tried to call and cancel my unit after I had it cleaned out and pristine. Nobody will pick up the phone. Left a voicemail and to this day they still try to charge my card every month.
Customer service is terrible!! Can’t get ahold of them
This is a terrible company with terrible service. I lived in Gore for a short time and went home to Florida during Covid. I have been trying to get a call back for MONTHS, literally 20 calls at least with threats to go to the Better Business Bureau. Nothing. I have all my lifes items and I can't get a call back. I had gotten a new debit card and just want to make sure my belongings are safe. I had also called about replacent keys months ago with NOTHING. No response.
